• Anesthesia services provided 24/7 by a certified registered nurse anesthetist (CRNA) and an anesthesiologist dedicated to maternity services
• Certified lactation consultants 
• Neonatology services provided 24/7 by a group of neonatologists (doctors trained in the care of babies with special needs), advanced registered nurse practitioners, and physician assistants
• Pediatricians from the community 
• A social worker and pastoral care, if necessary, to help grieving parents and families
