St. Vincent’s HealthWorks program, partners with Northeast Florida employers to provide health management solutions for their employees. We provide services to meet the needs of all organizations, regardless of company size or industry.

As a health system, we integrate a traditional health promotion program with clinical experts and by doing so are able to measure the success and financial impact of the programs and services we implement. Our approach to employee health management is strategic. This ensures that initiatives are results-oriented, and focused on improving the health and lowering cost of care for the organizations we partner with.

What We Offer

Workplace Culture Audit

Supportive environments significantly increase the likelihood that positive changes in health behavior will take place.

The workplace culture audit serves as a checklist to measure and track changes you make over time. Your responses will not only help our Healthworks team understand your unique needs and interests, but will help us identify where we may be able to offer resources and support as you move forward with your wellness program.

Health Risk Assessments

Available online or on paper, these profiles allow us to gather behavioral risk data for your population. The survey asks questions about smoking, preventive care habits, as well as addressing exercise, stress and current risk factors.

Worksite Wellness

Employee survey data is provided back to employers. It’s essential when it comes to managing the health of a population. The Personal Health Profile is most effective when combined with our Clinic or On-Site Screening Service.

On-site Clinics

On-site clinics no longer exist just to treat people who are injured on the job, they offer a way for employers to improve employee health and contain healthcare costs. Our Clinics not only treat sore throats, sinusitis and runny noses--- but also help employees (and dependents) stay healthy.

Our St. Vincent’s HealthWorks On-Site Clinics are customized to meet the needs of individual employers. They can be operational either part or full time and provide primary care, with an emphasis on preventive screenings, wellness and chronic care management.

On-site Screenings

We can offer a wide range of onsite screenings for employers, from Cholesterol, HDL/LDL, Glucose, blood pressure and BMI, to more comprehensive panels that include PSA, creatinine etc. We can customize screenings to meet the need of any employer.

Screening services do include data for the employer and a comprehensive individual report for the participants.

Occupational Health

HealthWorks offers a full menu of Occupational Health services and clinics. Our Occupational Health Clinic in Jacksonville offers annual work physicals, pre-employment physicals, return-to-work and fit-for-duty evaluations, OSHA and DOT exams, drug and alcohol screening, as well as work injury treatment, lab testing, digital X-ray, audiometric screening, pulmonary function and mask fit testing. We offer onsite services also.

Wellness Programming

Based on data collected by population, the St.Vincent’s HealthWorks Team will make recommendations and may facilitate some clinically-based onsite programs to ensure conditions are managed (eg. diabetes) and to further manage risk and coach your employees with their wellness goals.

Customized Wellness Portal

OneCommunity is our online wellness portal. Linked to a unique and innovative set of resources and tools, this portal will help you track and motivate your employees while allowing you to customize your program. One Community Features:

Flu-shot Clinics

Millions of American’s suffer from the flu every year. For an employer, this can lead to a significant impact in productivity. Our team of nurses will come onsite and administer flu shots to your employees, their spouse, significant others and dependents. This has become a staple in many wellness programs in Jacksonville and should be one of yours.


We provide a variety of aggregate reports to our employer partners. Reporting is a crucial component to our population health management strategy. Not only do we use them to measure the impacts and engagement in programs, but they help us understand the unique health needs of the populations we manage.
