SMOKE-FREE FACILITIES

St. Vincent's HealthCare is tobacco-free, inside and out. In fact, in 2008, every hospital in Jacksonville became tobacco-free. This means smoking and tobacco products are not allowed anywhere on our campuses, parking lots, grounds, etc. We appreciate your help in guarding the health of our patients, visitors, and associates by refraining from smoking and tobacco use.

EXPRESSING YOUR CONCERNS

If something does not meet your expectation we want to hear about it. Please address your concerns to the nursing manager where you or your loved one is located, in one of the Feedback boxes found on each unit and near elevators, or through Our Commitment To You Resources.
