Q. What Do You Treat?

A. St. Vincent's Medical Center Riverside and St. Vincent's Medical Center Southside, formerly St. Luke's Hospital are full-tertiary care hospitals, which means they offer a full complement of services, including general medicine, various branches of surgery. The Services area of this site is a general listing offered. Q. Where Do I Park At St. Vincent's Medical Center Riverside?

A. There are three parking lots available for patients and visitors at St. Vincent's Medical Center Riverside. The cost is $2 per vehicle. Valet parking is available near the front entrance of the Medical Center for patients who need assistance from 5:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. There is no charge for this service.

Q. When Is The Cafeteria Open?

A. St. Vincent's Medical Center Riverside has two on-campus dining facilities. The Dillon Cafe is open 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday through Friday. Berg's Bistro, is open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., seven days a week.

The St. Vincent's Medical Center Southside cafeteria is open 6 a.m. to 7 p.m., seven days a week.

Q. What Insurances Do You Accept?

A. Most of SVHC entities accept most major insurances, Medicare and Medicaid. To make sure your insurance is included, contact one of our registered nurses at HealthLink, 904-308-LINK.

Q. How Can I Reach My Loved One Who Is Hospitalized?

A. You may call the St. Vincent's Riverside Patient Information Line at 904-308-7301 or the St. Vincent's Southside Patient Information Line at 904-296-3782 to reach a loved one. Both facilities use our PIN Number System when giving information about a patient's condition or treatment.

Q. Do You Offer Lodging For Family Members? 

A. The Mike Davidson Family Suites are located on the St. Vincent's Riverside campus for out-of-town family members staying with their hospitalized loved ones. Several lodging facilities that offer discounted rates are located near St. Vincent's Southside.
