If you have a question that isn't addressed in these guides, please call us at the phone numbers listed below. Additionally, you’ll find volunteers and ambassadors at every major entrance at each of our campuses who are happy to assist you.

Since 2008, St. Vincent’s HealthCare has been a tobacco-free health system, inside and out. We appreciate your help in guarding the health of our patients, visitors and associates by refraining from smoking.
Make Your Voice Heard
At St. Vincent’s HealthCare, we strive to ensure your time with us is as pleasurable as possible. If, however, something does not meet your expectations, please do not hesitate to let us know. We encourage you to address your concerns with the nursing manager where you or your loved one is located, in one of the feedback boxes found on each unit and near elevators, or through Our Commitment To You resources.
Patient Satisfaction Data
Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) is a national survey that asks patients about their experiences during a recent hospital stay. You can currently view the patient satisfaction data for our medical centers on Medicare's Hospital Compare website.
