Podiatry Residency Program
The St. Vincent's Medical Center Podiatry Residency Program, established in 1993, trains physicians to become skilled professionals with the ability to succeed in the ever-changing field of podiatric medicine and surgery. The program fulfills the training standards and requirements approved by the Council on Podiatric Medical Education for the accredited PM&S - 24 program.
Residents at St. Vincent's Medical Center will participate in all aspects of medicine, interacting with other physicians and healthcare professionals as members of the healthcare team. Opportunities include medical and surgical aspects of podiatry, including pre-op experiences.
Residents will also be involved in a surplus of didactic activities such as a journal club, grand rounds, and weekly lectures. An assortment of continuing medical educational experiences will be provided for each resident. Residents will also have the opportunity to work with a variety of doctors and experience a diversity of surgical cases.
