A: Enter your E-mail address and click the “Find User Name” button.

· If your E-mail address is recognized, the system will send you an E-mail notification containing the user name that is associated with the E-mail address on file.

· If the E-mail address is not recognized, a message will appear stating that there is no record of your E-mail address.

Q: What can I do if I want to change my Password?

A: Changing your password is easy. Simply log into your account by using the “Change Password” page and follow the onscreen instructions.

Q: What are the benefits to my registering or logging in to the system?

A: Below are a few benefits registered users who log into the system have ability to perform:

Q: Can I still view Job Postings even if I do not register or log in to the system?

A: Yes you can, in fact, you can perform all of the actions listed below without registering or logging in:

· View a list of the latest job postings.

· Search for job postings.

· Access the detailed posting information

· E-mail detailed posting information to yourself

· E-mail detailed posting information to a friend

Job Posting Information

Q: How often are job postings updated?
A. Job postings are updated daily. Once a position is filled, it will be removed from the website.



Q: Is my data confidential on your Web site?
A. We make every effort to protect your data; please contact the Ascension Health Ministry Service Center if you have specific questions related to its use.

Update or change my information

Q: Once I submit my application, how do I go in and update my information/resume?
A: Once you submit your application, no changes can be made to that particular application. If you have new information that you feel is relevant to the recruitment process and you have already submitted an application, simply return to the posted position and re-apply for the position. Re-applying for a position will afford you the opportunity to provide a new application, and most importantly, the opportunity to make the necessary updates you feel are important for review. If you need to change your contact information, you may log-in to your account and update this information.

Q: I have the need to update my contact information, but I have already submitted my application, what are my options.

You can update your Applicant Profile any time you feel the need to do so. Simply return to our website and log in using the same login and password you previously used to create your applicant profile. Once you have logged into your Applicant Profile, you will be able to make the necessary updates to your contact information. Once your contact information is updated all previously submitted applications will be updated to include your latest, submitted contact information.

Searching for Jobs

Q: I'm having trouble finding a specific position; do you have any tips for me?
A. Yes. Clicking on the "Advanced Search” link will take you to a page that can be used in various ways. You can search for jobs by key word searches, shift preferences, location preferences, etc… Not sure what you are looking for, no problem… simply leave the Advanced Search page field blanks and review a list of all positions that are posted for the St. Vincent’s HealthCare organization.

Q: I am interested in a position in food services, housekeeping or environmental services but I do not see the jobs posted, what can I do?
A: St. Vincent’s HealthCare is fortunate to partner with our valued TouchPoint food services, housekeeping and environmental associates. Q: How do I apply for a job with St. Vincent’s HealthCare?
A: Applicants can apply for a job by completing their application on-line. Do not have access to a computer? No problem. St. Vincent’s HealthCare welcomes all potential applicants to visit our Human Resources Department at each campus to use one of our computer kiosks.
