Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance

St. Vincent's HealthCare (SVHC) offers a variety of group insurance plans to help protect you and your family.

Medical Insurance

SVHC offers three health plans to associates: two PPO plans and one EPO plan. Both PPO plans have three levels of coverage. Benefits under the PPO plans are subject to a deductible and coinsurance. The EPO plan has co-pays for physician and hospital services.

Dental Insurance

Options for dental include two PPO plans and a DHMO plan. The PPO plans allow you to receive both in network and out of network benefits. The DHMO plan requires you to select a participating dentist within the DHMO network. 

Vision Insurance

Associates can participate in a vision plan that covers an annual eye exam and offers substantial discounts on glasses and/or contacts every other year.
