Saturday Childbirth Class                    at St. Vincent's Riverside

Classes cover the anatomy and physiology of pregnancy, changes during pregnancy, warning signs of pre-term labor, potential complications of pregnancy, what to expect during labor and birth, labor support and Lamaze techniques, hospital routines, analgesia and anesthesia, medical interventions, Cesarean birth, newborn care and postpartum recovery.

Class is from 9 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. with an hour for lunch.

Attend the Class that ends no later than 4 weeks before your due date. 

Fee - $55.00.  $15.00 for Medicaid.

You do not have to be a St. Vincent's patient. Everyone is welcome to take our classes.
