Classes cover the anatomy and physiology of pregnancy, changes during pregnancy, warning signs of pre-term labor, potential complications of pregnancy, what to expect during labor and birth, labor support and more.
Girls and boys ages 11 and up have the opportunity to acquire competencies in rescue skills, basic first aid, and safe and nurturing childcare.
Attend this one session before the 9th month of pregnancy. Learn the benefits of breastfeeding, how to prepare for breastfeeding, how to get started, how fathers can help and tips on continuing after you go home.

You may attend this class before your baby is born or after. The class covers basic safety concerns, how to prepare your home for a baby and the basics of infant CPR, along with demonstrations.
This free class is for big brothers and big sisters from 4 to 9 years old to prepare for their new baby sibling.
Attend this free tour any time before your 9th month of pregnancy. You will experience a short presentation where you will learn where to go when you are in labor and what to expect while you are in the hospital.
