First Jacksonville babies of 2016 delivered minutes apart

The New Year is typically a time for new beginnings and that was the case for two Jacksonville families who gave birth just minutes apart on New Year's Day.
The first was a baby boy, Cooper, born to Kelly and Charlie Gotto at St. Vincent's Southside about 12:11 a.m. Cooper, who measured six pounds and 20 inches, was born three weeks premature and is currently in the hospital's NICU, according to St. Vincent's.
